SF Dev - Service Cloud + Integration

Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs to develop and enhance applications on Service Cloud. - Demonstrate proficiency in Service cloud skills such as Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and working with APIs to create custom-built portals. - Deploy applications using Flosum with precision and efficiency. - Showcase advanced-level proficiency in Lightning web component (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, Configuring Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce Service Cloud. - Leverage your experience in web technologies including HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs to enhance the functionality of applications. - Utilize your troubleshooting skills to address and resolve technical issues effectively. - Demonstrate intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein analytical studio, Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, and Permission Sets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience. - Experience developing applications on Service Cloud for a minimum of 5 years. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies. - Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, Salesforce APIs, and Service Cloud skills. - Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. - Salesforce Developer I Certification (recommended).,
