Setter Operator

As a Setter for a Hydraulic Parts Manufacturing Company, your role involves programming and setting up CNC/HMC/VMC machines to complete new products and different functions. You will be responsible for changing the tooling of the machines and observing machine operations to ensure accuracy and detect any malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and dial calipers. Additionally, you will adjust machine controls, including part processes, and verify first piece inspection using appropriate measuring instruments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the work in progress, testing, and taking critical measurements to identify problems and make necessary adjustments promptly - Undertaking CNC/VMS/HMC inspections as per the agreement - Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to your work - Completing tasks within the allocated time limits - Ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies, procedures, codes, and legislation, including health and safety regulations Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering The company offers the following benefits: - Food provided - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
