Services Operations Analyst

As a Services Operations Analyst within a dynamic SaaS Professional Services organization, your main responsibility is to support Services team members in their daily operational activities. You will assist them with queries and concerns related to project management operations, such as time entry, system challenges, and procedural inquiries. Your role will involve monitoring, investigating, and efficiently resolving the daily queue. Collaborating with the symplr Salesforce team, you will escalate and address issues that go beyond the scope of Services Operations. Fulfilling report requests, both ad hoc and routine, using tools like Salesforce, certinia, and PowerBI is also part of your duties.
