Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of key activities including: - Coordinating with the Account Manager to develop account plans for new areas of growth - Planning and reviewing the people, infrastructure, and technology requirements with the transition team to finalize the target delivery model - Reviewing and signing off Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) to complete the contractual process - Signing off on training certification methodology to ensure the right skilling of the engagement - Coordinating resource deployment across all processes for the engagement, considering aspects such as size, span, shift, utilization, and skill set to ensure budget pricing compliance - Identifying needs for training to ensure development across domain operations and behavioral areas - Preparing internal and external governance models to monitor contractual compliance, employee engagement, performance, and relationship health - Creating a scorecard for the engagement and cascading it down to the team to ensure alignment on engagement objectives - Creating career development and succession planning for direct reportees to ensure sustainable employee engagement and motivation - Conducting monthly financial reviews with direct reportees and BU head, and taking corrective actions if necessary - Identifying and implementing opportunities for work redesign, shift utilization, staff mix, and staff utilization to meet or exceed internal financial goals - Validating and preparing business cases for identified opportunities within existing service lines for growth - Engaging with key client stakeholders on areas of improvement and committing resources to enhance customer satisfaction - Demonstrating a strong domain knowledge in F&A areas such as RTR, AP, AR, and FP Preferred skills for this role include expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and leadership qualities at JL7B level.
