Job Description

As an integral part of SAP Customer Services & Delivery strategy, you will be joining the Premium Engagement (PE) business led by Technical Quality Managers (TQM) to provide strategic advisory services to the largest SAP customers. Your main responsibilities will include: - Understanding and delivering services according to service specifications within the respective solution areas - Participating in job rotations with various teams to meet performance requirements - Engaging in case studies, classroom and self-paced learning, technical and soft skill topics, and on-the-job training - Working on projects to showcase your communication, interpersonal skills, and work ethic - Demonstrating problem-solving, time management, and communication skills - Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Keeping up to date with new technologies in a dynamic environment - Driving innovation adoption and business transformation at scale for customers - Enforcing adoption of Rise with SAP methodology and associated tools like CALM, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP, etc. To excel in this role, you should possess or be willing to learn: - Strong customer engagement skills to become a Trusted Advisor within an enterprise client - Service delivery understanding and value-management mindset - Knowledge of enterprise architecture across private cloud, SaaS, and on-premise solutions - Business acumen and understanding including contract renewal, solutioning, procurement, customer retention, managing P&L - Working as a core member of a virtual account team and orchestrating cross-account internal governance - Analysis of customer situations and requirements across various topics - Facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills Qualifications and Skills required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary study - 1-3 years of work experience in customer-facing roles - Team player with the ability to work independently - Good listener with excellent communication skills - Resourceful self-starters with strong interpersonal skills - Interest in technology and innovation - Problem-solvers who are ambitious, passionate, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and able to manage pressure Joining SAP, you will be part of a culture that values inclusion, health, well-being, and flexible working models.
