Services Engagement Associate

As a SAP Technical Quality Manager at SAP within the Premium Engagement (PE) business, you will have a crucial role in driving customer success and delivering on promises and expected outcomes for large SAP customers. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with customers, delivering contracted services, and establishing long-lasting engagements across various customer landscapes and end-to-end business processes in SAP solutions scope. Your key responsibilities will include: - Learning and understanding the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio for specific solution areas and delivering according to service specifications - Participating in job rotations with different teams while meeting performance requirements - Engaging in case studies, classroom and self-paced learning covering technical and soft skill topics, along with on-the-job training - Working on projects to showcase your communication, interpersonal skills, and work ethic for high-quality outcomes - Demonstrating problem-solving, time management, and communication skills through various training activities and job rotations - Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Displaying effective communication skills to handle and explain customer situations to both business end users and SAP technical/functional consultants - Staying updated on new technologies in a dynamic and changing environment - Driving the clean core on BTP, innovation adoption, and business transformation at scale for customers - Collaborating with partners, customers, and internal SAP teams to enforce the adoption of Rise with SAP methodology and associated tools Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary study - 1-2.5 years of work experience in customer-facing roles and software development/programming background - Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and work well within a team - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and collaboration - Strong interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, and interest in technology and innovation - Problem-solving skills, ambition, resilience, proactiveness, open-mindedness, and ability to manage pressure,
