Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the QA Role in a ServiceNow implementation project as an experienced senior level testing resource. Your main duties will include leading conversations with the client, writing test cases, reviewing test results, tracking and managing QA defects and resolution, creating leadership reporting, and coordinating testing work across developers and client staff. It is essential that you have experience in designing and developing ATF test cases in ServiceNow and are well versed with the capability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead conversations with the client - Write test cases - Review test results - Track and manage QA defects and resolution - Create leadership reporting - Coordinate testing work across developers and client staff Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of QA experience - Experience in ServiceNow testing preferred - Solid experience in developing ATFs in ServiceNow - QA experience for various system platforms - Strong written comprehension and verbal skills Additional Company Details: The company operates on a hybrid work mode with a shift timing of 2-11 pm. Relevant experience for this role is 4 to 7 years.
