ServiceNow Technical Lead

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead at Myridius, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable solutions and leading a team in the implementation of Field Service Management (FSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow FSM and CSM modules. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions following ServiceNow best practices. - Design, configure, and customize workflows, business rules, UI actions, and integrations. - Guide and mentor a team of developers, conducting code and design reviews. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure platform alignment with business goals. - Manage platform upgrades and ensure system stability, performance, and security. - Maintain documentation and support governance processes. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience. - Strong expertise in FSM and CSM implementations. - Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide API. - Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Integration Hub. - Sound knowledge of ITSM processes, CMDB, and platform architecture. - Possession of ServiceNow CSA certification (CSM/FSM certifications are a plus). - Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine or custom application development. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
