Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Developer

to design, develop, and implement custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system customization, integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to meet business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization:
Design and implement custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions.
Integration:
Connect ServiceNow with internal and external systems using
REST, SOAP, and other web services
.
Configuration Management:
Configure and maintain
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
, and other ServiceNow modules.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
User Support:
Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring smooth system operations.
Documentation:
Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Conduct system and integration testing to validate performance and functionality.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify process enhancement opportunities to optimize ServiceNow development and implementation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a
ServiceNow Developer
with expertise in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.
Proficiency in
JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
.
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using
REST, SOAP, and web services
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
.
Ability to work in a
team-oriented environment
, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
(Scrum, Kanban) and best development practices.
