Surrounded by exceptional colleagues, visionary leaders, and groundbreaking projects, you will have the opportunity to exceed expectations and grow beyond your perceived limits. **Responsibilities:** - Provide technical leadership for planning, staffing, and executing ServiceNow projects. - Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and QA resources, offering guidance and assistance to ensure project success. - Take ownership of the design and development process, encompassing coding, testing, and debugging applications. - Conduct code and configuration reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, health scans, and recommendations. - Develop advanced configurations of ServiceNow components like workflows, audits, business rules, and catalog items to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend their needs, prioritize tasks in alignment with enterprise strategy, and anticipate future demands. - Foster a culture of quality service and security by design, implementing procedures to enforce regulatory compliance and enhance security measures. - Continuously expand technical knowledge in specialized areas, staying updated on current trends and best practices. - Monitor and optimize applications for security, scalability, and ease of maintenance. - Ensure the creation and upkeep of technical documentation and diagrams. - Conduct assessments with Configuration and IT Services teams and collaborate with vendor teams to deploy best practices and new capabilities effectively. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 12 years in IT development, with a focus on ServiceNow for at least 8 years, including leading the development of ITSM, ITAM, HR, or WSD applications. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Jelly Script. - Sound knowledge of web technologies such as Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, and HTTP. - Familiarity with enterprise tools like Visio or Lucidchart, Teams, Confluence, and Jira. - Experience with ServiceNow's Common Services Data Model (CSDM). - Background in working within a regulated environment in a global company is preferred. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes or ServiceNow Admin/CMDB certifications is advantageous.
