Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow SecOps Lead, located in Coimbatore. The ServiceNow SecOps Lead will manage the implementation and integration of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) applications. This role involves analyzing security processes, configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, developing technical solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of security workflows. The ServiceNow SecOps Lead will also work with clients to understand their security needs and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, including implementation, integration, and customization
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, GRC, CSM, and business management ecosystems
• Proficiency in creating technical solutions and workflows within ServiceNow
• Ability to analyze security processes and requirements
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong project management and coordination abilities
• Experience in working with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and cybersecurity are a plus
