Job Title : ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response SME Duration : 12 Months (Contract) Location Options : Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Coimbatore, Mysore, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Gurugram, Jaipur, Mangalore, Nagpur, Indore Work Mode : Full Time (As per company timings) Relevant Experience : 5+ Years in ServiceNow SecOps Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only Background Verification : Mandatory (No JNTU Candidates) Job Description : We are seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response SME with strong hands-on experience in Security Operations, especially in the Vulnerability Response module. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in ITSM modules and integrations. Responsibilities : Implement ServiceNow Security Operations: Vulnerability Response & Configuration Compliance. Design and configure catalog items, record producers, and workflows. Integrate vulnerability scanning tools with ServiceNow. Customize ServiceNow using scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly). Automate processes using ServiceNow Orchestration. Load and maintain data between ServiceNow and external systems. Perform system and integration testing, monitor application health and compliance. Participate in Agile development processes and client discussions. Required Skills : Strong hands-on in ServiceNow Security Operations (Vulnerability Response) . Proficient in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset). Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID server). Solid scripting skills in JavaScript , HTML , XML , AJAX , Jelly . Understanding of CMDB , Discovery , and related integrations. Experience working in Agile teams. Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred). Eligibility : Experience: 7+ Years (with 5+ years in relevant ServiceNow modules) Immediate joiners only. Must pass BGV. (Note: Candidates from JNTU not eligible)
