ServiceNow QA Tester

As a ServiceNow Quality Assurance professional, your role will involve creating and maintaining test cases/scripts for both manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for designing and developing automated tests using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) application. Additionally, you will perform various types of tests including Functional, System Integration, Regression, and Performance tests. Your duties will also include documenting, troubleshooting, and communicating issues/defects encountered during testing. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain test cases/scripts for manual and automated testing - Develop automated tests in the ServiceNow ATF application - Perform Functional, System Integration, Regression, Performance tests - Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to design testing strategies - Assist in upskilling colleagues for a cross-functional and agile way of working - Participate in agile ceremonies and assess/estimate requirements Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing in ServiceNow - Familiarity with agile software development and software quality assurance practices - Knowledge of modern engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, and automation - ServiceNow certification(s) like Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Additionally, you may have: - ISTQB Certified Tester qualification - Understanding of telecom-specific service delivery practices and TMF Open APIs The company offers full-time, permanent job types with benefits including Provident Fund.
