Skill Set: ServiceNow Portals,ServiceNow widgets,Pages & Themes Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer with a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow Service Portals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, and web development technologies, coupled with a passion for delivering user-friendly and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring a seamless user experience. Customize and configure ServiceNow widgets, pages, and themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate Service Portals with other ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers. Optimize portal performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance usability and functionality. Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and best practices to recommend improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2-3 years focusing on Service Portal development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, and Bootstrap. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs. Experience with UI/UX principles and designing intuitive interfaces. Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration and customization (catalog items, workflows, and automation). Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and debugging tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
