Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our ITSM tools. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations, and ensuring best practices and standards are followed. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to other ServiceNow developers and consultants, and collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, Workflow, APIs, and other tools.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, and others.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other methods.
  • Perform system administration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Lead and participate in design and code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other ServiceNow developers and consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Document and maintain technical specifications, design documents, user guides, and other project artifacts.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and trends.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, architecture, modules, and features.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, Workflow, APIs, and other development tools.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, and others.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other methods.
  • Experience in system administration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
