ServiceNow ITSM-Integration with ATF

As an experienced professional in the field of IT Service Management and Transformation services, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Possessing a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on ITSM and Transformation services practice. - Demonstrating 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically working on third party integrations with a preference for ADO. - Showcasing proficiency in JavaScript and various web development technologies. - Implementing ITSM and Integrations with a strong emphasis on customization and development. - Utilizing ServiceNow APIs to enhance functionality and performance. - Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS. - Configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform by setting up workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies. - Configuring Notifications, SLAs, Workflows, Users, Groups, etc., to ensure efficient operations. - Following best practices and standards in the development process to maintain quality and consistency. - Writing test scripts for integrations to ensure seamless functionality. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow and ITSM. - Proficiency in ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
