ServiceNow ITSM-Integration with ATF

You should have a shift timing of 2-11 p.m. (IST) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management and Transformation services practice. It is required to have 2-3 years of ServiceNow experience, specifically working on third party integrations, with a preference for experience with ADO. Hands-on experience in implementing ITSM and Integrations is a must, along with proficiency in JavaScript and web development technologies. You should have experience working with ServiceNow APIs to develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS. Configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies, are also part of the responsibilities. Ensuring best practices and standards are followed in the development process is essential. Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices is required, along with experience in writing test scripts for integrations.
