ServiceNow ITSM-Integration with ATF

About the role: Shift-2-11 p.m. (IST) 5+ years of experience in the field of IT Service Management and Transformation services practice.  2-3 years of ServiceNow experience working on third party integrations preference with ADO.  Hands on experience in implementation of ITSM and Integrations is must.  Proficiency in JavaScript and web development technologies.  Experience with ServiceNow APIs.  Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.  Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.  Experience in configuring Notifications, SLAs, Workflows, Users, Groups etc  Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.  Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.  Experience to write test scripts for the integrations.
