ServiceNow ITSM - ADR Group | Trusted Partner for SAP, IT Staffing, Cloud

5+ years of hands-on experience
with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Strong expertise in
JavaScript
and ServiceNow
scripting
.
Proven experience in
integrating ServiceNow
with external systems and platforms.
Solid understanding and real-world experience with
Incident Management
and
Major Incident Management (MIM)
.
Experience with
Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
, and
ServiceNow CMDB
.
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification (preferred).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications like CIS-ITSM are a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
ServiceNow ITSM certification is must.
