Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with client requirements. Lead Discovery module implementations, ensuring accurate configuration and integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient ITOM solutions. Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow ITOM development. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
Required Skills & Certifications: 812 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM. Strong background in ServiceNow Development (ITOM/Discovery module). Proven experience in implementation and design of ITOM solutions.
Mandatory certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) CAD (Certified Application Developer) Any one CIS certification (Discovery preferred)
