ServiceNow IRM/GRC Business Analyst

As a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Business Analyst, your role will involve capturing metrics requirements from various stakeholder communities and translating user requirements into logic for the ServiceNow Metrics module. Your key responsibilities will include: - Capturing metrics requirements from various stakeholder communities. - Undertaking analysis of the data requirements and collaborating with the integration team to source data if necessary. - Translating user requirements into logic applicable to the ServiceNow Metrics module. - Testing the metrics and ensuring user sign-off on the accuracy of the data. - Verifying that implemented metrics generate data as expected and coordinating remediation activities when needed. - Specifying the presentation of metrics and associated data. - Providing format and layout specifications for dashboards to be implemented in ServiceNow. - Organizing testing and obtaining sign-off on dashboards from relevant stakeholder communities. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills. In addition, you should possess the following skills: - Good understanding of data and metrics, preferably using ServiceNow metrics capability. - Knowledge of either the ServiceNow IRM or GRC modules. - Experience in representing data through dashboards and reports. - Excellent communication skills, including working with users in joint analysis and design sessions, technical and non-technical written communications, and explaining technical concepts to end-users.,
