• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience delivering medium to large-scale implementations across ITSM, GRC, and SECOPS modules.
• Extensive experience in customizing ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, SLAs, notifications, inbound actions, reports, scheduled jobs, events, transform maps, data sources, workflows, notifications, Service Catalogs, Record Producers, and Order Guides to meet specific business requirements.
• Led the implementation of SECOPS modules like Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence (TI), strengthening the organizations security framework.
• Successfully integrated ServiceNow with third-party tools like Splunk, Jira, and Active Directory, utilizing SOAP and REST web services for seamless data flow and enhanced automation.
• Worked on Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Third party risk management, Privacy management, Business continuity management, and Regulatory Change Management.
• Configured Risk management module with Integrated Risk Management Components.
• Worked on customizations of policy and compliance, creating indicators, control objectives and controls. Also worked on the IRM module and created a scoped application. Also implemented RCM (Regulatory Change Management).
• As well as worked with UCF integration and policy compliance with different tools. Worked on end-to-end implementation with customization.
• Also worked on the implementation of GRC module from requirement gathering to customization for a project end to end implementation.
• Worked on authority documents, control objectives, policies and controls.
• Also having experience of handing authority documents coming from UCF as a part of integration list. Created multiple transform maps if data needs to be loaded from outer source if UCF is not been used in implementation.
• Worked on importing the Engagements from other sources.
• Modified the OOB workflows as per the requirements from Clients.
• Work on the Risks, Risk assessments forms to calculate the required metrics.
