Our colleagues across the globe love innovating with science and technology to enrich peoples lives with our solutions in Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics Together, we dream big and are passionate about caring for our rich mix of people, customers, patients, and planet That`s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us, Your Role We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer & Integration Expert to join our team, The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, system integration, and a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes, This role will involve leading development projects, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, Develop and maintain custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform Implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods, Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and guidelines Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements and recommend improvements to existing systems, Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are met, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, CSM, App Engine, Automation Engine and other modules knowledge will be an additional advantage, Who You Are Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT service management and architecture, Strong experience in ServiceNow platform Expertise in ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, Source to pay, PA, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management and Creator Studio, Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow, Proven experience in establishing and maintaining governance and best practices for Multi ServiceNow environments, Proven design and solution experience on the platform for at least 2 major implementations Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously, What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences We celebrate all dimensions of diversity and believe that it drives excellence and innovation, strengthening our ability to lead in science and technology We are committed to creating access and opportunities for all to develop and grow at your own pace Join us in building a culture of inclusion and belonging that impacts millions and empowers everyone to work their magic and champion human progress!
