Job Description

As a ServiceNow Functional Architect at Proximus GCC in Bengaluru, India, with over 10 years of total experience and at least 8 years of ServiceNow expertise, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs. Additionally, you will debug performance-related issues and provide fixes, coordinate with the Product Owner for deliverables, prioritize tasks, and prepare runbooks for releases. Your role will also involve providing expertise in customizing and configuring ServiceNow to ensure optimal performance and user experience. You will lead and mentor developers to create a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team. Staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends in ServiceNow development will be crucial, allowing you to recommend and implement improvements as necessary. Moreover, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow and functionality will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements, understand Proximus" architectural build, and provide solutions to customer needs. Supporting developers and team members, mentoring them to upskill on the latest ServiceNow features, offering constructive feedback, and supporting hiring activities by reviewing profiles and evaluating them will also be integral to your role. To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience as a ServiceNow SME/ Tech Lead with a minimum of 8 years in the ServiceNow platform. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices is essential, along with experience in the CSM module and proficiency in CMDB and data loads. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, knowledge of SLAs, hands-on experience in Flow Designer, excellent scripting skills, and awareness of best practices are necessary. Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools and relevant certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders are also required for this role.,
