ServiceNow FSM- Lead/Architect -Application Support

Role Overview: At GrowthAXL, you will be on a mission to incubate and scale innovative product ideas from concept to market. As an Application Support Lead, you will empower passionate teams to deliver high-impact solutions by managing applications and optimizing workflows, specifically focusing on leading critical support for ServiceNow FSM solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and optimize the support and administration of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) applications. - Manage day-to-day application operations and review/improve existing FSM workflows. - Configure and implement solutions in ServiceNow FSM to enhance service delivery. - Demonstrate a strong background in ServiceNow FSM administration, process optimization, and team leadership. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in application support or ServiceNow administration roles. - At least 2+ years of experience leading an application support or functional team. - Proven experience supporting and configuring ServiceNow FSM applications. - Strong background in reviewing, optimizing, and documenting FSM processes and workflows. - Experience managing user issues, enhancements, and upgrades for ServiceNow modules.
