Job Description

ServiceNow Expert | Contract Role

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Compensation: Up to ₹74,000/Month

Key ResponsibilitiesWork on ServiceNow CSM, ITSM & HRSD modules with hands-on expertise
Handle workflows, cases, incidents, requests, SLAs & knowledge management
Author and manage structured data including JSON formats
Perform SQL-based data validation & analysis
Design real-world enterprise scenarios aligning with ServiceNow processes
Contribute to AI model training workflows and structured training datasets
Apply prompt engineering skills to create effective task instructions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & provide customer-facing support when required

Skills & Qualifications

✔ 4–6 years of ServiceNow experience

✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience with CSM, ITSM & HRSD

✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

✔ Excellent communication skills

Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow CSA
CIS-ITSM + (CSM or HRSD)
Exposure to Agile methodology and AI/ML workflows
