ServiceNow Development and Technical Leadership

You are looking for candidates to join as a ServiceNow Developer or Technical Lead at our office in Domlur, Bangalore. As a Developer, you should have 4 to 6 years of experience, while as a Tech Lead, you should have 6 to 8 years of experience. The work mode is from the office for 5 days a week, and the notice period for joining is a maximum of 1 month. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, especially Scoped Applications. You will be required to develop and maintain complex Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts. Additionally, you will design and implement robust ServiceNow integrations using SOAP, REST, IntegrationHub, and Custom API connectors. You will also build and orchestrate workflows using Flow Designer and Action Designer. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership for ServiceNow scripting and configuration efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions will be a key part of your job. You will be responsible for conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, and mentoring junior developers. Participation in agile development cycles and leading sprint planning related to ServiceNow workstreams is also expected from you.,
