Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing ITSM solutions using ServiceNow.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITSM solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
