Job Description

Role: Servicenow Developer_ ITOM And SAM

Exp: 5-7 Years

Location: Pune

ServiceNow ITOM

Required Skills - Required Skills:

Strong understanding of IT Operations Management principles and practices.
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules and platform.
Championing the SAM lifecycle process and procedures to ensure data integrity of software rights and usage to support SAM compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
Configuring Discovery to map out the infrastructure and identify configuration items (CIs).
Building and maintaining the CMDB to reflect the current state of IT assets and their relationships.
Setting up Event Management to monitor infrastructure and trigger alerts for potential issues.
Integrating ServiceNow with other tools for automated workflows and incident management.
Providing support and guidance to users on how to utilize the ITOM platform effectively.
