Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Technical Architect

to lead the

design, development, and implementation

of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise in

ServiceNow architecture, ITSM development, service portal customization, and integration strategies

. The ideal candidate will provide

technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices guidance

to ensure scalable and high-performing ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
design, architecture, and implementation
of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with
business objectives
and
industry best practices
.
Serve as the
technical advisor and subject matter expert
, providing guidance on
system design, integrations, and scalability
.
Work closely with
stakeholders
to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, and architect
innovative solutions
using ServiceNow.
Design and implement
ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations
using scripting languages,
APIs, and web services
.
Develop
ServiceNow portals and service catalogs
to improve user experience and
drive self-service adoption
.
Configure and integrate
virtual agents and chatbots
to automate workflows and enhance
service delivery
.
Ensure
stability, performance, and reliability
of ServiceNow instances, performing
performance tuning and optimizations
as required.
Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to junior developers, promoting
best practices in coding, architecture, and platform optimization
.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to define technical standards, governance policies, and
development methodologies
for ServiceNow projects.
Stay updated with
emerging ServiceNow technologies, trends, and best practices
, recommending improvements to maximize platform value.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience
in ServiceNow development, with a strong background in
technical architecture and solution design
.
Extensive expertise in
ITSM development, service portal development, chatbot, and virtual agent development
on the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in
JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly
, with hands-on experience in customizing
ServiceNow applications and workflows
.
Experience in
integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems
using
APIs, web services, and RESTful interfaces
.
Strong knowledge of
ServiceNow performance tuning, stability optimization, and scalability best practices
.
Excellent
problem-solving skills
, with the ability to analyze
complex technical issues
and propose
innovative solutions
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
, capable of engaging with
stakeholders at all levels
and leading
technical discussions
.
Preferred certifications:
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Proven experience in
technical leadership and mentorship
, with a track record of
leading ServiceNow development teams
and delivering high-quality solutions.
