Servicenow Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:

  Architect, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and AngularJS.

• UI Customization:

  Create and tailor ServiceNow forms, client scripts, and UI pages to align with evolving business requirements. Utilize UI Builder to design modern, intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience.

• Instance Management:

  Administer ServiceNow instance configurations, including defining user roles, security access controls (ACLs), and implementing business rules to ensure secure and compliant operations.

• Module Configuration:

  Configure and maintain ServiceNow Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modulesmanaging case management, knowledge base, and reporting functionalities.

• Workflow Automation:

  Design and implement automated workflows and processes to optimize and streamline HR operations, leveraging Flow Designer for low-code automation solutions.

• Virtual Agent Development:

  Develop and maintain virtual agent conversations and integrate backend systems to provide efficient, automated user support.

• Knowledge Management:

  Oversee knowledge articles, categories, and search configurations to maximize content accessibility and user self-service capabilities.

• Employee Experience:

  Customize and configure Employee Center Pro to deliver a seamless and engaging employee experience.

• Data Management:

  Write complex SQL queries and employ Glide scripting to query, manipulate, and update data within the ServiceNow database efficiently.

Desired profile:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow core concepts, including instance configuration, scripting, and workflow automation
  
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and UI Builder
  
• Proficient in REST and SOAP APIs, as well as web services integration
  
• Skilled in database querying using SQL and Glide scripting for data retrieval and manipulation
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams
  
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively in team environments
