About the Role

ServiceNow Developers

What Youll Do

Develop and configure ServiceNow features, workflows, and integrations.
Work on
Incident, Change, Problem Management
and other ITSM modules.
Build integrations with third-party systems.
Create catalog items, forms, notifications, and perform unit testing.
Collaborate with automation testing teams for UAT and integration testing.
Maintain design documentation, integration specs, and architecture artifacts.
Write and execute test cases, debug issues, and ensure application stability.

What We’re Looking For

Senior Role:
5–7 years in ServiceNow development with
CAD certification (mandatory)
.
Mid-Level Role:
4–5 years in ServiceNow development with
CSA or CAD certification
.
Strong in
JavaScript
,
Glide API
,
Flow Designer
,
Integration Hub
, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Must-Have Certifications

CSA (Certified System Administrator)
– Mandatory for all roles.
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
– Mandatory for Senior roles. (Profiles without certifications will not be considered.)
