Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and migration projects on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business requirements and ITIL standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, risks, and resource plans.
Track project progress, manage dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of IT experience and 4+ years of ServiceNow project management experience.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, CMDB, and integrations.
Proven experience managing mid to large-scale ITSM/ServiceNow projects.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification (preferred).
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS (advantageous)
