Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure overall service delivery is compliant with agreed-upon SLAs and commitments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business and the helpdesk team to provide timely support within the set SLA.
  • Manage ticket/Incidents/Change Requests (CR's) within the provided SLA.
  • Be able to troubleshoot issues and resolve them within the stipulated SLA.
  • Monitor and enforce SLA/Process adherence.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track service performance and operational metrics.
