Provide L1L2 support for enterprise applications ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests within specified SLAs
Monitor application health using tools like Thousand Eyes Grafana Azure Monitor and AWS Cloud Watch Ensure timely response to emails and chats create tickets from emails and alerts Perform routine tasks to maintain applications and infrastructure health Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for alerts and recurring issues Collaborate with L3 Development Engineering teams to resolve tickets and optimize application performance Manage alerting systems and ensure accurate ticket creation and escalation Maintain and update SOPs and KEDBs Confluence SharePoint Document support activities and resolutions Provide training and guidance to end users
