Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

ServiceNow Developer (OMT SOM TSM Integrations)

with strong expertise in

OMT (Order Management Transformation)

,

SOM (Service Order Management)

, and

TSM (Technical Service Management)

integrations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of telecom OSS/BSS systems and hands-on experience in integrating and orchestrating complex order and service management workflows across platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in telecom domain, specifically in OSS/BSS integration.
  • Strong hands-on experience in OMT (Order Management Transformation), SOM (Service Order Management), and TSM (Technical Service Management).
  • Experience in integrating systems using SOAP/REST APIs, XML/JSON, and enterprise middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with order lifecycle management, fulfillment orchestration, and service activation processes.
  • Experience with telecom standards such as TM Forum (eTOM, SID, TAM) is a plus.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
