Job Description

4 to 6 years of strong hands-on development and configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform.

Expertise in at least one key suite/module: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, etc.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and UI customization.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party tool connectivity (REST/SOAP).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; client-facing experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.) are preferred.

Passion for continuous learning and openness to cross-skill across modules.

Willingness to undergo our 45-day intensive cross-module training program.

Growth Development:

One-on-one Mentorship with Certified ServiceNow Consultants and Solution Architects.

Backend ServiceNow support team will assist you throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business needs.

Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, and others.
Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document functional and technical requirements.

Integrate ServiceNow with external applications via REST and SOAP APIs.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across modules.
