Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer to join our team in the QA Hybrid department at IRIS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Analyze and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Conduct performance and stress testing to ensure software scalability and reliability.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with software testing and quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects.
Familiarity with performance and stress testing techniques.
