Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automation using scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
Develop custom modules, workflows, and integrations to meet client needs.
Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementation and provide technical support.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ITIL) and best practices for IT service management.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
Master's degree in Any Specialization (M.Tech).
Strong understanding of HRSd, CSM, FSMS concepts.
