Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Build and manage flows to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions.
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP-based API integrations with external systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration and workflow-related issues promptly.
Ensure all integrations and workflows align with ServiceNow best practices and security standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and flow designs.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of ServiceNow integrations and enhancements.
Stay current with new ServiceNow features, tools, and updates to recommend system improvements.
Work closely with ServiceNow administrators and developers to ensure smooth platform operation and scalability.

Experience Requirement:

5 - 9 years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on integrations and flow design.
Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration methods.
Experience in building end-to-end integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
