Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Knowledge on the Risk, Compliance Audit and Third-Party Risk Management OOTB Workflow 2. Any custom solution being implemented for any of the applications in GRC Module 3. Good Hands-on Risk, Compliance and Vendor management Workspace, workspace customization and creating variants of workspace pages. 4. Custom solutions being build using Scripts and Flow Designers 5. Worked on Portal design - Risk Portal, Employee Center, Service Portal 6. Good Scripting knowledge and examples of complex solutions using Business Rule, Script Includes and Client Scripts 7. Best practices of scripting on ServiceNow Platform 8. Industry Standard best practices for Risk, Compliance and TPRM module in respect with ServiceNow 9. Worked on most used integrations for GRC Module like Bit Sight, Security Score Card etc. 10. Reporting and Dashboarding using Performance Analytics - capability to build complex dashboards such as OOTB CRO dashboard. 11. Good to have knowledge on ServiceNow Mobile Portal for approvals and Virtual Agent
