Role & responsibilities

ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications including:

Risk Management
Policy and Compliance
Audit Management
Vendor Risk Management

Automate risk and compliance workflows with Flow Designer and Business Rules.
Implement continuous monitoring and reporting dashboards for risk and compliance.
Integrate IRM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps) and external compliance systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to IRM solutions.
Conduct system demos, training, and user adoption sessions.
Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), ACLs, and integration frameworks.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance required.
Experience in Security Operations (SecOps) integration a plus.
