Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer and Lead Key Responsibilities: Configure and troubleshoot HR Services, Record Producers, Life Cycle Events, HR Criteria, User Criteria, and COE configurations. Configure and troubleshoot COE Security settings, Access Controls (ACLs), and Security Attributes. Manage User Profiles, HR Profiles, Groups, and Roles. Implement and manage HR Assignment Rules, Matching Rules, Advanced Work Assignment, and Custom Auto Assignment. Extensive hands-on experience with HRSD modules and relevant scripts. Ability to review and provide OOTB and custom solutions based on business needs. Proficient in UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Flows, Sub Flows, Actions, Workflows, Events, Email Scripts, Notifications, Quick Messages, Response Templates and Fix Scripts. Experience with HR Agent Workspace (Classic) and Agent Workspace for HR Case Management and should be able to make customizations using UI Builder. Proficient in Reports, Indicators, Breakdowns, Data Sources, Dashboards, PA Widgets and in Analytics Center. Experience with Scoped Applications, Cross-Scope Privileges, and Restricted Caller Accesses. Design and configure Virtual Agents. Implement and troubleshoot Agent Chat configurations. Configure and troubleshoot Interactions. Provide improvements and solutions for the Knowledge Management process, including configuration and customization. Knowledge of Employee Center Pro and Portal Widgets, including troubleshooting and customization. Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and functionalities. Hands-on experience with Translation Management and Dynamic Translations. Hands-on experience with Data Sources, Transform Maps and Transform Event Scripts. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills across all relevant areas. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of integrations, including configuration and troubleshooting. Proficient in REST message end-to-end processes, including configuration and troubleshooting. Experience with Integration Hub, specifically OOTB Spoke Configuration for SharePoint. Strong communication skills to interact with clients, gather requirements, understand the instance, and suggest optimal solutions. Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, addressing technical and support-related questions.
