Job Overview:

Looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM modules, scripting, integrations, and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
  • Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Support platform enhancements, incident fixes, and performance improvements.
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and Agile processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ITSM processes.
  • Experience in Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, ACLs.
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and data loads (Import Sets/Transform Maps).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification
  • ITIL certification
