ServiceNow Developer CSM Module

The role As a ServiceNow Consultant in Team Managed Service Delivery you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) module
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform Design and architect solutions for Customer Service Management (CSM) modules for our Software & Cloud Services with a strong emphasis on security, authentication and scalability Develop custom applications, integrations, and configurations to meet business needs, leveraging best practices and industry standards Create UI elements and automation to meet business needs, utilizing ServiceNows development tools and scripting capabilities Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and recommend best practices for implementation What we need to see from you Skillset & Qualifications Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS and APIs Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration, with a focus on implementing secure authentication mechanisms and scalable architecture Feel comfortable with planning and implementing automated test in Service Now (ATF) Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process in ServiceNow Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in cloud technologies (eg AWS, Azure) is a plus Job Function IT & Solutions
