Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow CSM module
(Case Management, Knowledge Management,Service Portal).
Strong proficiency in
ServiceNow scripting
(Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions).
Experience with
REST/SOAP API integrations

Knowledge of
ServiceNow data model and configuration
.
ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator
(CSA) or equivalent certification.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM modules
