ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer at this company, you will be responsible for working on ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM modules, with a strong focus on MSP / Domain Separation development. Your key responsibilities will include recommending, designing, and implementing robust technical solutions on ServiceNow, as well as integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using standard protocols. You will also lead customer calls independently, manage expectations, mentor junior developers, and drive process improvements & best practices within the ServiceNow practice. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on coding & development expertise in ServiceNow. - Strong knowledge of ITSM & ITOM modules. - Proven experience in Domain Separation / MSP development. - Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
