Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business and operational needs.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users to maximize platform adoption.
Work in afternoon shifts from 1 PM to 10 PM to support business operations.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to recommend improvements.

Experience Requirement:

5 - 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom application development.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and third-party tools.
Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow platform issues.
Exposure to CSM (Customer Service Management) is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application in ServiceNow.
Experience working in hybrid work models and collaborating with distributed teams.
