Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Hyderabad Job Type: [Full-time] Experience : 5 - 10 Years Roles and responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and platforms. Write and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code using JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform system upgrades, patching, and ensure the platform's health and performance. Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users. Implement best practices for security, performance, and compliance.
