Servicenow Developer

Job Purpose:

A ServiceNow App Engine Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. Their primary purpose is to streamline business processes by creating low-code/no-code solutions that enhance workflow automation, improve user experience, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Application Development

  : Design, build, and customize applications using ServiceNow App Engine.

• Workflow Automation

  : Develop efficient workflows, business rules, and integrations to streamline processes.

• UI & UX Enhancement

  : Improve user interfaces with tailored dashboards, forms, and portals for better experience.

• Integration & APIs

  : Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow connectors.

• Security & Compliance

  : Maintain role-based access controls, data security, and compliance with governance policies.

• Performance Optimization

  : Troubleshoot issues, enhance system efficiency, and refine application logic. Continuous Improvement: Upgrade applications, implement new features, and optimize existing solutions.
